Isabelle Palmi, Director of ICOMOS France, will give an overview of the objectives and actions taken by the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), and more specifically by the French branch.

Jean-Pierre Thibault, Inspector General of Sustainable Development Administration & Administrator of ICOMOS France, will present the 5 principles of economic & social valorisation of a heritage area advocated by ICOMOS France. This will emphasise an integrated approach to “heritage”, bringing together nature & culture in an inseparable way.
